Children

Although children are welcome we do not have any special facilities for them. Children under five who share their parent's room are accommodated free. Please contact us for details of the cost of meals.

Dogs

We have three bedrooms that are available to take dogs. They are all in the deluxe double category. Dogs are not permitted in any of the communal internal areas and must be on a lead when being taken to the bedrooms. The paddocks, which lead out directly into the Forest, are freely available for dogs to exercise etc. The main garden however, is not.

Deposits

A non returnable deposit of £300 per room will hold your reservation. We strongly recommend that guests choosing to stay with us do take out insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances which may result in your festive celebrations being cut short or having to cancel your booking altogether.

Payment

Major credit and debit cards are accepted, (excluding Amex & Diners) as well as cash or cheques (when supported by a current cheque card).

Safety and Valuables

We cannot accept responsibility for valuables left in your room. We recommend that you use our safe deposit system or covered as part of your holiday insurance
