We are a family run hotel, and know that getting together with family and friends makes us happy!!! Never more so than after the traumatic times we have all endured over the last 18 months, never again will we take for granted laughing with friends over a glass of wine!!!!!

So, be it an intimate gathering among friends or a full-blown party, Woodlands Lodge offers a relaxed and idyllic setting for celebrations large and small.

If you prefer a private room for your event we have several, and if dietary requirements are a concern, no problem. We’ll work with you to tailor make a menu to cater for your budget and your guests.

Our New Forest hotel has 3 dedicated meeting rooms. Perfectly equipped to conduct business exchanges and conferences in the heart of The New Forest.

Each of our rooms has the I.T infrastructure to support presentations and offers an ideal location to brainstorm, converse and network, away from the stresses and strains of city life.

Woodlands Lodge Hotel is serviced by excellent transport links that connect us to junction 2 of the M27 Motorway in just under 10 minutes. If you’re travelling to us from Southampton it’s a direct 15 minutes drive and from Portsmouth city centre just a 30-minute journey by car.

In addition to our meeting rooms, the largest of which can hold up to 50 attendees, we also offer several private dining rooms to cater for business lunches and dinners.
