Suites & Junior Suite
Our New Forest Hotel has 3 individual suites & one junior suite, each with their own distinctive country house characteristics.
Our deluxe suite has its own garden with direct access to the main hotel grounds – perfect for enjoying the summer sun.
Our deluxe family Suite include a spacious dual aspect, seating area, king sized bed, double bed and day bed – ideal for larger families.
Our family Suite on the first floor, has a king sized bed, and a day bed that can be made into 2 beds for children, there is also a spacious seating area.
While our Junior suite boasts a stunning private conservatory with access into the communal hotel gardens. This room is also our easy access room.
These larger size rooms are ideal for couples looking for more space, and their own private seating facilities, or for families wanting to share a room. Please call us to discuss individual requirements.
Standard Bedrooms
These bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a King size bed and the majority of these rooms look over the front of the hotel.
Four Poster Bedroom
Our only four-poster room benefits from a king-size four-poster bed, sofa, garden and forest views and a private balcony.
Deluxe Double
Larger than our standard rooms, our deluxe double bedrooms benefit from views of the forest and hotel gardens. There is also comfortable seating in these rooms. All en-suites in this category offer a separate bath and shower. Except room 14, which has a shower over the bath.
**Please note when booking via a third party website rooms allocated may also be from our Eaves collection, we recommend telephoning us if you wish the room to be on the first floor or book directly on our website.
Eaves Collection
The 3 rooms on the top floor of the house make up our eaves collection. These rooms all have characterful feature beams and are decorated in a contemporary style. Room 1 has a beautiful freestanding bath and room 2 has a sumptuous double shower. Please note that room 2 does not have a bath.
No Frills – Budget Double
The no frills budget double is as it suggests a smaller room! It is on the ground floor, and is dog friendly. It does not have a separate seating area. But a great option if you are looking for a nice room to sleep in and explore the forest. It also has en suite with a shower.
Dinner, Bed &
Breakfast Package
Our dinner bed and breakfast package gives our guests the best rate to enjoy a 3 course meal in our restaurant, accommodation and breakfast.

Are any rooms dog-friendly?
Yes – most of our rooms are dog-friendly. Our standard bedrooms are not suitable for dogs, so if you are travelling with a pet, please contact us before booking, and we will recommend the best room for you.
Does Woodlands Lodge have a lift or accessible rooms?
Woodlands Lodge does not have a lift.
We do have an easy-access room available (our junior suite), and we recommend contacting our team before booking so we can advise on the most suitable room for your requirements.
Do you offer dinner, bed and breakfast packages?
Yes. Our Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package includes overnight accommodation, a three-course meal in our restaurant, and breakfast.
